HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Each order takes between 2 - 5 days to complete - unless stated otherwise on the product page. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as they're complete. Orders are sent via Royal Mail by standard delivery (arrives between 3 - 5 working days) or tracked delivery (arrives between 1 - 2 working days). You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Please note: unless tracked delivery is selected at check out, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. However do let us know if your order doesn’t arrive, as we can contact Royal Mail to try and trace your order for you.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Currently we only deliver to the UK - this will be changing soon to worldwide so please subscribe to our emails via the bottom of this page to be the first to hear about it!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?
All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. If you are not at home to receive your parcel, you should receive a card from Royal Mail notifying you of your missed delivery. The card will indicate if the parcel has been sent to your local post office or sorting office for you to collect.
CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you choose a tracked delivery method, we will email you your tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you love our products and don't need to return anything! However, we understand if you do -

You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.
As a small business, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns (with the exception of damaged items). We do not offer pre-paid returns and therefore the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for returning the item.
Only products returned in original/perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within two working days from when we have received your product. Please note: it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within three working days of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to return your item we strongly advise to use tracked delivery and to email us your tracking number to email@example.com.
Please note, returns will not available on:
Perishable products such as food/flowers.
HOW SOON DO YOU BEGIN WORKING ON MY ORDER?
We begin working on your order within three days of receiving your payment. Your order will then be posted out via the Royal Mail delivery option you select at checkout.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to change the address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to change it if your order isn't ready to be dispatched.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY PERSONALISED ORDER?
In case you wish to change your order or delivery address, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We aim to be super quick at making and sending out your order, so once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't already been made.
